Brynt Lindsey
Brynt started his career in 2002 with Northrop Grumman as a Systems Engineer/Configuration Manager (CM). Supported the Air Force in acquisition and sustainment of MM III systems.

Tasks included the audit and acquisition of the TDP (Technical Data Package) from suppliers around the country that build and deliver Hardware and Software for the MM III system

Started with BAE in 2015 as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in Systems Engineering and Configuration Management

Manager of the BAE CM team

Obtained and managed a 5 year $22.5 million contract for Engineering Data

In May of 2018 had the opportunity to start a “small business” company

Support BAE in meeting small business goals

Lindsey
Hailey started her career as she attended college at Utah Valley University and eventually graduated with a bachelor's degree in business and joined her dad in the missile industry.
Hailey and her dad started their business in 2018 and went right to work. As a business owner, Hailey has had the opportunity to manage teams, develop new business and grow her configuration management experience. Her experiences and strong desire for success has made her invaluable to the daily operations of 4TE.
